Your first appointment is a working appointment. You'll put your gown on, and I will study it on you — pinning only what truly needs adjusting, whether that's the shoulders, bodice, skirt, hem, or bustle, or just one of them. As I pin, I listen to how the dress feels on you, because your comfort helps decide the final fit. I then itemize every piece of work and its cost, and we talk through any add-ons or changes you'd love. This careful assessment takes time, and I am putting years of expertise to work — it is the foundation of a gown that fits beautifully. The $200 appointment fee applies toward your alterations when you book.
